With advanced training as an Acne Expert, Oncology Certified Professional, and Multicultural Skin Specialist, I tailor every treatment to meet unique skin needs. I’m also a Brazilian Wax Specialist, known for making the experience as quick, comfortable, and thorough as possible. At Sweet Skin, I believe treatments should be more than just results-driven—they should also be relaxing and restorative. Cancellation Policy
To provide all clients with the best possible service and appointment availability, Sweet Skin has established the following booking, cancellation, and no-show policy.
1. 50% Booking Deposit
A 50% booking deposit is required for all clients and all appointments. The booking deposit will be applied toward the total cost of your scheduled service, with the remaining balance due at your appointment.
Your 50% booking deposit must be submitted within 24 hours of booking. If the deposit is not received within 24 hours, your appointment will be automatically cancelled and the time slot will become available for other clients.
2. Cancellations With 48+ Hours’ Notice
If you cancel your appointment at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment time, your 50% booking deposit will be fully refunded.
3. Late Cancellations & Rescheduling
Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 48 hours before your scheduled appointment will result in your 50% booking deposit being forfeited. A new 50% booking deposit will be required to schedule another appointment.
4. No-Call/No-Show Policy
Clients who fail to attend their scheduled appointment without prior notice will forfeit their 50% booking deposit. An additional fee equal to 60% of the scheduled service cost will be charged.
A new 50% booking deposit will also be required before another appointment can be scheduled.
5. How to Cancel or Reschedule
To cancel or reschedule an appointment, please contact Sweet Skin via text at 747-324-1713 or email at sweetskinae@gmail.com.
The time your cancellation or rescheduling request is received will determine whether it falls within the 48-hour cancellation period.
6. Agreement to Policy
By booking an appointment and submitting your 50% booking deposit, you acknowledge and agree to Sweet Skin’s booking, deposit, cancellation, rescheduling, and no-show policies.
