Welcome to Sweet Skin ✨ I’m a licensed esthetician passionate about helping clients feel confident and cared for in their skin. With advanced training as an Acne Expert, Oncology Certified Professional, and Multicultural Skin Specialist, I tailor every treatment to meet unique skin needs. I’m also a Brazilian Wax Specialist, known for making the experience as quick, comfortable, and thorough as possible. At Sweet Skin, I believe treatments should be more than just results-driven—they should also be relaxing and restorative. That’s why I combine corrective techniques with soothing touches, so you leave not only glowing, but renewed in mind and body. CANCELLATION POLICY
To provide all clients with the best possible service and availability, we have established the following cancellation and no-show policy: 1. Deposits for First-Time Clients: All new clients are required to submit a deposit at the time of booking. This deposit will be applied toward the cost of the scheduled service. 2. No-Call/No-Show Policy: If a client fails to attend their scheduled appointment without prior notification (no-call/no-show), the following will apply: • The deposit will be forfeited. • An additional fee equal to 60% of the scheduled service cost will be charged. 3. Late Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time are considered late cancellations. In such cases: • The deposit will be forfeited. • A fee equal to 40% of the scheduled service cost will be charged. 4. How to Cancel or Reschedule: To cancel or reschedule an appointment, please contact us via text at 747-324-1713, sweetskinae@gmail.com, or sweetskinae.glossgenius.com at least 24-48 hrs before your appointment. 5. Acknowledgment of Policy: By booking an appointment, clients acknowledge and agree to this cancellation and no-show policy. This policy ensures that our time is respected and allows us to accommodate other clients effectively. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
